Krista Crittenden
Krista oversees all aspects of the recruiting process for our club and is passionate about providing real value to the players and families of Shine Select Lacrosse. She devotes dedicated time to every athlete's recruiting journey — with extra focus on each grad year as it enters its prime recruiting season.
Go2Sports provides additional recruiting resources to the club — internal resources and guidance, social media templates, marketing exposure, and more.
The Program
What's Included

Pro membership to the #1 college recruiting platform in girls' lacrosse — including free game film from many of the tournaments we play in.
Feedback and direction on building your college list. As each player develops, we help identify which schools are a "reach," "fit," or "safety."
Directors and coaches advocate for our players with college coaches at tournaments — and respond directly to inquiries from college programs.
An initial call to set up the player's profile, discuss goals, and begin strategizing in a shared file used throughout her recruiting plan.
A working session to review — or build from scratch — your target school list using the PLAACC method.
Periodic review of the player's RMP file with suggestions and feedback via text communication and file note tracking.
We suggest and help schedule recruiting events beyond Shine Select tournaments, so your calendar works as hard as you do.
Personal feedback on your highlight videos — what's working, what to cut, and how to lead with your best.
